take the time to listen to your needs and find the right phone and
plan for you. But if you decide their service isn't what you were
looking for, just bring back your phone and accessories back in
their original packaging within 15 days of activating service. They
will refund your money for the phone and accessories and cancel your
service agreement.

Promise - Return Policy: You may terminate service for any reason
within 15 days of activation without incurring an early termination
fee. You will be responsible for the network programming fee, the
first month's access fee and feature charges, any minutes of overage
or roaming used, taxes, 911 and landline fees. If you paid a
security deposit, it may take up to 60 days to process the return,
and any unpaid portion of the charges described above may be
deducted from the security deposit.
Equipment
Returns from Centennial Wireless: You may return any or all of your
wireless equipment within 15 days of purchase. You must return the
original box intact with all components (phone, charger, battery,
instructions, etc.), to the original-purchase location. All
components must be in like-new condition. Returns will only be
granted to the original purchaser. If you purchased through a direct
sales representative, please contact that representative for more
information. If you purchased your equipment from another retailer,
that retailer's policy applies. If Centennial must remove installed
equipment from a vehicle or fixed location in order to return or
exchange it, you will be charged a service
fee.
