Qwest Freedom Plans are available only to new Qwest Wireless subscribers and require the purchase of a new OTA compatible handset. Price(s) do not include taxes or applicable surcharges, cost recovery fees of $1.50 per handset (E911 fee of $.40 and number pooling/portability fee of $1.10) and other fees that vary by market.
