to place calls on Qwest's network, even in your Home Coverage
Area.

Wireless: Beyond giving you a way call friends and family for a ride
or to meet while you're out and about, Qwest Wireless safety
features help you make calls more safely hands-free, protect your
wireless phone from loss, theft or damage, give you emergency road
service, and more.
Qwest Freedom
Plans are available only to new Qwest Wireless subscribers and
require the purchase of a new OTA compatible handset. Price(s) do
not include taxes or applicable surcharges, cost recovery fees of
$1.50 per handset (E911 fee of $.40 and number pooling/portability
fee of $1.10) and other fees that vary by market.
Cost recovery
fees are not taxes or governmental required charges. Calls timed
from send/talk to end/off. Completed calls billed in full minute
increments rounded up to the next minute. The listed plans may be
discontinued without notice and require a one-year service
agreement. There is a one-time activation fee per phone. Call
Forwarding and Total Link™ features are not available with any of
the listed plans. A per-phone termination fee applies according to
the terms and conditions of the listed plans. Wireless voice
messaging mail boxes not initialized within 60 days of service
activation may be deleted and messages left in them will be lost.
